We are pleased to announce that, as of August 11, 2014, the IRS recognizes the Student Defense Initiative as a 501(c)(3) public charity, which makes your donations deductible from your federal income tax. This status is retroactive to May 20, 2013. If you had made a donation previously, that donation may be deducted from your 2014 taxes. SDI's federal tax ID number is 46-3015803.
